In a video posted to TikTok on April 14, Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, engages with coaches on the field at North Carolina, where Belichick now serves as the head football coach. The video has sparked one question from fans online: Is Hudson on the coaching staff now?

The video caption posted to TikTok reads, “Is Bill Belichick’s girlfriend on his coaching staff at North Carolina? This is beyond weird and creepy.”

Fans in the comments section had a lot to say about the video. One user wrote, “I’m a diehard UNC fan and I DO NOT want to be looking at her on the sidelines all damn season.”

Another added, “I was born and raised in Massachusetts and a diehard patriot fan. I loved him when he was our coach, but this is really weird relationship.”

Belichick and Hudson have been dating for over two years and she is 48 years his junior. What else do we know about her?

According to People, Hudson went to cosmetology school and took classes in the field while she was getting her degree. She graduated in November 2019. Hudson was also a cheerleader at Bridgewater State University.

Hudson and Belichick met in 2021 on a flight from Boston to Florida.

According to TMZ, the football coach signed one of Hudson’s textbooks during the flight. A portion of the note Belichick left read, “Thanks for giving me a course on logic! Safe travels!”

Hudson defended the relationship when it went public. In an Instagram story, per People, she wrote, “Nothing changed for us in 2024 except for ‘public knowledge’: yet, somehow everything changed. Going strong. I can’t wait to take punches for you in 2025.”
