ATLANTA – The Georgia Lottery had a winning streak over the weekend, with multiple players securing substantial prizes across various games, according to lottery officials.
On Jan. 31, Fantasy 5 drawing produced three winning tickets, each worth $156,887. Remarkably, one Atlanta player claimed two of these tickets, while the third was purchased by a player in Warner Robins. The winning numbers for the Jan. 31 drawing were 10-13-20-27-42.
On Feb. 1, a lucky player hit the jackpot for $293,723 playing the $50 and $100 Frenzy Quick Win game. This winning ticket was purchased at Sparker, located at 3348 Northside Drive in Statesboro. Quick Win games are instant play, instant win games that share a rolling progressive jackpot, available both at retailers and online.
Adding to the excitement, a Powerball player won $50,000 in the Feb. 1 drawing by matching four of the five white-ball numbers and the Powerball number. That ticket was purchased at Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market at 850 Dogwood Road in Lawrenceville.
The winning streak continued on Feb. 2 when a Georgia 5 player won the $10,000 top prize in the midday draw. The ticket was purchased at Publix, 2159 Highway 20 SE in Conyers.
