Northport company wins $1 million playing lottery scratch-off game


A Northport company claimed a $1 million prize Friday on a scratch-off ticket purchased in Syosset, New York Lottery announced.

Eximia Victor Limited Liability Company won the prize playing New York Lottery’s VIP Millions scratch-off game. The LLC received chose to receive a one-time lump sum payment of $651,000, after required withholdings. 

The winning ticket was purchased at Cards & Gift, 324 Jericho Turnpike.

Other NY winners

Three other winners claimed big prizes from New York Lottery on Friday.

• Nelson Lanfranco of Rockaway Beach collected nearly $4.3 million, after required withholdings, on a $7 million CASH4LIFE ticket he purchased in upstate Newburgh for the Oct. 10 drawing.

• John Brownson, Jr. of Depew, a Buffalo suburb, collected nearly $473,000, after withholdings, on a $1 million prize he won playing the Xtreme Winnings scratch-off game.

• Greig Quick, Jr. received a one-time lump sum payment of nearly $690,000, after withholdings, on a $1,000 A Week For Life scratch-off game win. The top prize guaranteed a minimum payout of $1 million.
