Noah Cyrus has reunited (again!) with mom Tish Cyrus nearly two years after a rumored rift.
On Wednesday, April 9, the “July” singer and Tish, 57, pulled out their best dances moves for a mother-daughter TikTok set to “Pop Muzik” by M.
Noah, 25, captioned the post, “mommyyy,” followed by two heart hand emojis and a flower.
“Guess who’s replacing brandi,” she added, tagging the Sorry We’re Cyrus podcast, which is hosted by Tish and her eldest daughter Brandi Cyrus, 37.
In March of last year, a source told PEOPLE Noah “was offended” by Tish’s 2023 marriage to Dominic Purcell — which she was not present for — because the singer-songwriter and the actor were previously seeing each other in a “friends with benefits way.”
“They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up,” the source said. “Tish knew he had been seeing Noah.”
Per the source, though Noah and Purcell had stopped seeing each other when his relationship with Tish started, “Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married.”
Meanwhile, another source told PEOPLE in February 2024 that Noah was sticking by her father Billy Ray Cyrus’ side amid their divorce.

“Noah is very loyal to Billy Ray,” the source said. “She and Billy Ray have always had a really close relationship.”
Billy Ray, 63, filed for divorce from Tish in April 2022 after more than 28 years of marriage. The former couple share daughters Brandi, Miley, 32, and Noah and sons Trace, 36, and Braison, 30. (Billy Ray also has son Christopher Cody, 33, from a previous relationship.)
“It hasn’t been easy for any of the kids,” the insider added of the divorce. “Their parents’ separation was really hard, but it was also long overdue.”

Then, last May, Noah marked Tish’s 57th birthday on Instagram by sharing a throwback photo with her mom alongside the simple caption, “happy birthday mom.”
Two months later, the mother-daughter duo were spotted together at a building that offers financial management and law advice in Encino, Calif.
The mother-daughter TikTok also comes after Trace wrote an open letter to Bill Ray on Instagram, claiming that the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer had grown distant from his family in recent years. The post was days after Billy Ray performed during President Donald Trump’s inauguration festivities, which sparked concern online.
“Me and the girls have been genuinely worried about you for years but you’ve pushed all of us away,” Trace wrote in part, seemingly referring to sisters Noah, Miley and Brandi. “Noah desperately has wanted you to be a part of her life and you haven’t even been there for her. That’s your baby girl. She deserves better. Somehow just like me she still idolizes you though.”
