WEATHER ALERT FOR TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY

WIND ADVISORY THROUGH WEDNESDAY 1PM ET

HIGH WIND WARNINGS FOR CUMBERLAND, VAN BUREN, MARION, SEQUATCHIE, BLEDSOE AND GRUNDY COUNTIES ……NORTHWEST GEORGIA…..AND EASTERN MONROE CO.

MOUNTAIN SNOW SHOWERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT

Wednesday starts dry and still windy with temperatures for highs during the morning in the mid/upper 50s. Some scattered showers return at times for the afternoon and temperatures falling into the 40s (30s along Plateau where some snow showers could mix in.) Colder Wednesday Night with occasional snow showers along the Plateau and higher elevations with some light accumulation possible. Overnight lows from 30-35.

DRY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY

Dry Thursday and lighter wind with cool afternoon highs in the 40s to low 50s. Dry and warmer by Friday Afternoon with 60s returning.

OVERNIGHT WEEKEND SHOWERS

Another chance for showers in the forecast for Friday Night and into early Saturday. And again overnight Saturday Night to Sunday Morning.
